Hi, my name is Dan Christofferson and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Hellerwork Practitioner with over eleven years in private practice.

Getting Results and Creating Change...

Your pain is real, whether from a car accident or some other injury or strain including repetitive work injuries. As you know over time it wears on you and you feel fatigue  and irritability and your quality of life suffers. It impacts your work, activities and relationships.

I'm here to tell you that it doesn't always have to be that way and give you some hope.

My specialty is working to restore balance and realign the soft tissue in the body to relieve the areas of restriction and tension that cause pain. Using specialized assessment techniques I can show you where these areas of restriction and tension are (not always where you feel the pain) and then use specialized release techniques to help free up these areas.

Sometimes the results are noticeable in one or two sessions though often with chronic pain it can take many sessions to free up years of adhesions and undo negative compensation patterns.

Each visit I'll reassess you to closely monitor your improvement and make adjustments in your treatment plan as your body comes back into balance.

My goal is to ease your pain and restore balance so then you can return to enjoying life to the fullest.

My office is located on 15th Ave East, one block north of the Capitol Hill Group Health Campus. There is available street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

Rates:
Initial Introductory Session: Two Hours $300.00

Treatment Sessions: One Hour $150.00
                                 One and a half hours $225.00
                                 Two Hours $300.00
